Paraprofessional Aide Our Early Learning Facility is currently in need of an experienced Paraprofessional Aide to join our team. The overall goal of the paraprofessional aide is to improve education for students affected by developmental disorders through curriculum development, teacher training, family support, outreach, technology, and public awareness.

Paraprofessional Aide* responsibilities*

  • Provide 1:1 academic support and remediation for students in literacy, math, organization and planning
  • Develop appropriate lesson plans for the development of specific skills
  • Set specific goals for improvement and use assessment to gauge skill development
  • Communicate with treatment team about child’s progress and needs with classroom teachers and
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings
  • Advise parents and teachers on implementation of programs
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress
  • Write and maintain confidential client case notes and reports, as well as information for parents and other professionals
  • Work with others to improve the effectiveness of service delivery
  • Plan and deliver training sessions
  • Participate in research projects.

Special Education Assistant

The Hope Learning Center is currently in need of an experienced Special Education Assistant to join our team. This position involves providing support services to members of the Special Education Department.


Special Education Assistant responsibilities

  • Communication with contracted schools and districts regarding students, IEP Meetings, and documentation
  • Administrative duties including faxing, scanning, data entry and filing of confidential records and information
  • Working along side other administrative team members on efficiency of administrative workflow
  • Perform any additional duties as deemed necessary by the executive and education director

Special Education Assistant qualifications

  • 2+ years’ special education experience
  • Experience working with IEP Writer

Early Learning Educator

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Now hiring Full Time and Part Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).  Registered Behavior Technicians will be responsible for the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based programming as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Specialist.   


Essential Job Duties:

  • 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with varying diagnosis

  • Follow and record data for prescribed applied behavior analysis

  • Implement the ABA interventions specified in the behavior support plan that assist the child with acquiring, retaining, improving, and generalizing the behavioral, self-help, socialization and adaptive skills necessary to function successfully in the home and the community.

  • Prepares progress reports for child's immediate support group, including their family and/or guardian, care manager, and other support staff.

  • Collect data on youth’s progress and work collaboratively with BCBA/LBS to ensure effective behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and skill generalization.

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for youth and family.

  • Implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP) and functional assessment measures.
  • Assist in developing procedures and training materials for staff involved with students with challenging behaviors for the purpose of enhancing programs for students and ensuring that program operations are in compliance with established guidelines.
