COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Now Hiring Full Time and Part Time Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA). COTA will provide treatment services for school and clinical based cases.

Ideal COTA candidate will have at least three years pediatric experience and fully licensed.

Essential Job Duties:
• Provide treatment to children with developmental delays, including treatment, documentation, and professional communication
• Provide direct services using various strategies including sensory integration, therapeutic listening, and assistive technology
• Implement, and revise relevant treatment plans, home and center programs
• Advise parents, family members, and teachers on implementation of programs
• Work with clients in groups to deliver therapy
• Write and maintain confidential client case notes and reports, as well as information for parents and other professionals
• Work with others to improve the effectiveness of service delivery
• Perform any additional duties as deemed necessary by the director

Candidates must possess the three criminal background checks(Act 33, Act 34, and Act 114) and Act 168 prior to start date. Criminal background checks must have been completed within the past year.
