Education: Bachelors of Science in Elementary/Early Childhood Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Masters in Special Education from California University of Pennsylvania, Certification in Supervisory of Special Education- Leadership and Management from The University of Pittsburgh.
Focus of Practice: Education/Special Education/Supervisory
Experience: Jennifer joined The Hope Learning Center in 2018. Jennifer has 16 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher and Supervisor of Special Education. She is skilled in all different disability categories, and within different age levels (elementary, middle, and high school). Jennifer has a combined 23 years of experience within in educational settings ranging from infant to school age students. Jennifer has completed the Pennsylvania Fellowship Cohort Program through Pattan during the 2015-2016 school year. The cohort group is by invitation only and they only take a limited amount of special education leaders each year across the state of Pennsylvania. This prestigious program offers professional development for novice/veteran administrators who want to strengthen their special education expertise.

Jamie Dodd joined The Hope Learning Center in 2015 as a paraprofessional. Jamie earned her Associate's degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from the Community College of Allegheny County. Jamie has completed Registered Behavior Technician training, as well as various training courses through the Bureau of Autism Services. Jamie has experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities from preschool age through adulthood. Prior to her start at Hope, Jamie gained particular experience in vocational and life skills training for adults with disabilities. After two years of work at Hope as a classroom paraprofessional, Jamie has transitioned into a new role as a school administrator for Hope Academy.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Child Development from West Virginia University
Focus of Practice: Child Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Birth to 5 years old.
Experience: Miss Sarah joined The Hope Learning Center in 2017. Sarah has certifications in Infant/Toddler and Early Childhood Education. During her time in West Virginia, she was given the opportunity to teach in some of the best preschools and childcare centers in the state while working alongside nationally recognized educators. Sarah's goal is to create an atmosphere with optimal experiences enabling children to reach significant developmental milestones.
