Experience: Kristie Laughlin joined The Hope Learning Center in 2016. Kristie will be starting her graduate program in January to receive Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University. Kristie has experience working with children of all ages and skill sets on the autism spectrum through her internship at The LOGAN Center in South Bend, Indiana, she was also a 1:1 Behavior Technician at The Behavior Analysis Center for Autism in Elkhart, Indiana as an Instructor of Step-Up classroom at Applied Behavioral Services in West Chester, Ohio. Kristie has completed her training and recently received her Registered Behavior Technician credential.
Brianna Marburger, RBT
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh
Focus of Practice: Applied Behavior Analysis & Autism
Experience: Brianna Marburger joined the Hope Learning Center in 2017. She is currently enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh to complete her M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as to complete the Autism Certificate Program. Upon completion of her degree she will sit to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Prior to her start at Hope, Brianna worked as Therapeutic Support Staff in the home, school, and community settings, and also worked as a behavior technician in an approved private school for children on the autism spectrum as well as with multiple disabilities. Brianna received training in Applied Behavior Analysis & Verbal Behavior through PaTTAN, and worked in a verbal behavior classroom that was overseen by PaTTAN consultants. Brianna has experience working with individuals from ages 2-18, as well as individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, down syndrome, fragile x syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, anxiety disorder, and ADHD.
Kate Jeppesen, RBT
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Notre Dame College

Experience: Kate Jeppesen joined The Hope Learning Center in 2017. Prior to her work at Hope, Kate has gained a wide array of experience in the behavioral field through her 8 years in working in specialized schools in the Cleveland area.
Jamie Larson, MA Ed, RBT
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders from Geneva College and Masters of Education with an emphasis on Autism from Sliperly Rock University.
Focus of Practice: Special Education: Autism
Experience: Jamie Larson joined The Hope Learning Center in 2017. Jamie has recently earned her Master's degree in education with an emphasis in Autism. Jamie has gained experience throughout her career working with children throughout varied settings and through clinical experience as a therapist. Currently Jamie is going through the education, training and certification to obtain her Registered Behavior Technician credential.
Marissa Mott, RBT
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech-language Pathology from Kent State University

Experience: Marissa Mott joined The Hope Learning Center in 2017. Prior to working at Hope, Marissa gained experience working and volunteering in daycare centers, clinical settings, and inclusion classrooms. Marissa has recently earned her Registered Behavior Technician credential and is practicing Applied Behavior Analysis with current clients at The Hope Learning Center's ABA clinic.
Julie Ogden, RBT
Education: West Virginia University, BA in Psychology & Criminology
Focus of Practice: Psychology, Behavior, Crisis Management.
Experience: Julie Ogden joined The Hope Learning Center in 2017. While at West Virginia University Julie worked at the Mon County Youth Services Center, an emergency shelter for at risk youth. After college Julie went on to work at the Applied Behavior Center for Autism located in Indianapolis, IN. Julie went on to become a RBT and was certified in PCM (professional crisis management). Julie is currently enrolled at Ball State University pursuing her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis with a certificate focus in autism and ABA.

Experience: Jaclyn joined The Hope Learning Center in 2017. Jaclyn is currently enrolled and working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the Florida Institute of Technology.

Focus of Practice: Pennsylvania Department of Education Teaching Certification (Secondary)
Experience: Warren joined The Hope Learning Center in 2018. He has gained experience through tutoring students with learning disabilities as well as teaching students in general education classroom settings as well as an outdoor environment.
Courtney Busha, BA
Education: Bachelors degree in psychology from LaRoche college.
Focus of Practice: Behavior Specialist
Experience: Courtney joined The Hope Learning Center in 2018. Ms Busha was a companion and a home health aide for three years and went on to became a TSS. Courtney is currently working towards her masters degree in special education from Duquesne University and will receive in the spring of 2019. Courtney also spends her free time coaching soccer to both typical and special needs children.
Trisha Hribar, BS, QMHP-A
Education: Bachelor of Science in Bio-behavioral Health from The Pennsylvania State University
Focus of Practice: Bio-behavioral Health
Experience: Trisha joined The Hope Learning Center in 2018. Trisha has gained her experience as a Community Support Professional working with adults with a primary diagnosis of intellectual disability and she is currently in the process of working for her RBT certification.
Hannah Kruman, B.S., RBT
Education: B.S. in Special Education from Brigham Young University

Experience: Hannah joined The Hope Learning Center in 2018. She has worked as an RBT for 2.5 years in different clinical settings and is currently enrolled in the M.S. Applied Behavioral Analysis Program at University of Pittsburgh.
